Things to consider when visiting the doctor.
No matter what type of doctor you visit they are bound have posters, literature and various knick knacks that relate to their chosen specialty. I understand the passion, dedication, hard work and life devoid of any meaningful fun during the prime college partying years. I especially appreciate this immense sacrifice when I am sick and need of their care. This does not mean I share the interest and passion for the particular part of human anatomy they have chosen to devote the rest of their working lives to. If fact there times when I am simultaneously horrified and amused by the office decor and reading material. It is really necessary for me to look at a three dimensionally colon that comes apart for demonstration purposes? Do I need to know the workings of my inner ear or reproductive system? Aren't there certain situations when ignorance is truly bliss?
